We teach authentic ITF Taekwon-Do
Our classes cover all aspects of ITF Taekwon-Do including:
· Fundamental line work
· Patterns (tul / forms)
· Step-sparring and semi-contact free sparring
· Self defence
· Destruction (power-breaking)
In addition to this we ensure a full body workout with classes incorporating elements of:
· Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
· Strength and plyometric training
· High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
· Pad work and bag work
· Competition sparring
Our sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities, from age 6 to 60, regardless of experience or fitness level. Whether your goal is to obtain your black belt or simply to improve your fitness and flexibility, Nuneaton Taekwon-Do offers a safe and supportive learning environment.

The kids classes are awesome. The kids play games all designed to get them fit and hone hand eye coordination. Then they get to learn from 2 very experienced instructors.
I'm quite a new member having joined late 2018, and I'm loving it. Danielle makes it fun, and constantly delivers interesting training sessions.
