Beware of this company!!!! They appear all nice on the first meeting, but then once you’ve paid a deposit they turn. We have been hounded for money constantly with the threat of pulling the fitter off the job if we don’t pay upfront, after being told when your happy with everything then you pay the final bill. Not aloud to express dissatisfaction on work carried out as a paying customer. Delays on items not being ordered on time. Messy and clumsy fitter, not finishing properly. No receipt given. Abuse from Trevor Howard. Sean Conway has also got an attitude!!Very unprofessional and would rate them 0 stars how do they sleep at night!!!!
DO NOT USE
Estimated a week for kitchen which took nearly 4 months. No receipt provided which explains the price hike mid way through with threat of pulling off the job and losing substantial deposit. Sean Conway ghosted me and refused to answer any calls or messages as did Trevor so I could only speak with the fitter. Have since looked and company has numerous complaints of unfinished jobs, CCJ’s and bankruptcies. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Most stressful and lengthy kitchen which continually increased in price. If I could give 0 stars I would have !!!
